First download Drivers 
here
1.) Unzip archive to your desktop
2.) Turn off phone, unplug battery and put it back
3.) Plug in USB cable (DCU-60/65) to USB port on your PC
4.) Hold C on your phone, connect USB cable to your phone but still hold C, until windows shows buble “New hardware detected” (it will be next to time)

5.) Click on “Inštalovať zo zoznamu alebo z určeného umiestnenia” (Install from list) (1)
6.) Click on “Ďalej >”(next >) (2)
NOTE: if you use Windows XP Service pack 2, before this step, windows show window with something like “do you want download drivers from internet?”. Click on NO, and Next>
(This can be in Windows Vista too)

7.) Uncheck “Hľadať vymeniteľné média” (Search on remote media) (if it is checked), and check “Do vyhľadávania zahrnúť nasledujúce umiestnenie” (Search in or something like that..) (1)
8.) Click on “Prehľadávať…” (browse) (2)
9.) In new window find “USBFlash”, which is on the desktop (3) and click on it. DON’T CLICK ON X68!
10.) Click on OK (4)
11.) Click on “Ďalej >” (next >) (5)
12.) After this is installation complete. Just click on “Finish”, unplug phone, unplug battery and put it back to phone.
hey you can automate driver installation
in setool 2 lite 1.11 folder find usb driver folder
right click on ggsemc.inf and click install.
then just click connect in XS++ and connect phone holding C, driver will be selected by windows automatically !
New hardware detected hey i dont get that man wat do i do
hey i have an xp pro.. says usb device not reconized wen i connet my w550i and sometimes it connects and i dont get New hardware detected wat do i do
try clean fastport (or change it)

hey i’m having afast port problem my computer does not detect my phone
i’m using jdflasher and when i press c button while inserting usd my phone turns to file transfer mode. any help? BTW i’m using w550i too and i’m from se-nse
